Adopt a sticky Trap

A program initiated by in Western Australia. BBTCPL likes to initiate this program in Victoria

BBTCPL requests everyone to participate in the program called adopt a sticky trap for our individual gardens to help the fight against insects.

Our farmers put a lot of effort in keeping their farms clean however we as individual gardens don’t have strict protocols around our gardens and this is impeding on the new arrivals of insects, pests and diseases in the country.

At time the farmers are penalized by this and have to destroy all of their crops.

We could participate in this by involving and being a responsible citizen by giving a helping hand to our farmers and biosecurity departments to keep the pest, diseases at bay and help keep Australia clean.

We all live here so living in harmony is important and can voice our opinions, promote healthy environment, and help the farmers on the chemical use in the farms, which in turn will assist our farmers in abiding with the protocols set by the Biosecurity departments.

We can be proactive in this program and start here before we get penalized by paying high prices for our commodities.
